Professor Ward's lecture on The New Atheists satisfylingly and systematically dismantled the arguments put forward by one of the world's most famous and evangelical atheists, Richard Dawkins.

At the same time, Professor Ward set out a mesmerising vision of the universe as it is unfolding under the scrutiny of today's quantum physicists - concluding that belief in God is the most rational position.

The lecture will be published later this year by St George's Cathedral and is available for you to listen to online on our Podcasts page.

In the lead-up to the lecture, Professor Ward was in great demand, with interviews on RTR FM Radio, 6PR News Talk and 720 ABC Radio, and articles in Post Newspapers and The West Australian.

You can listen to a podcast of the interview with RTR FM Radio presenter, Damian Smith, here:

Professor Ward will be speaking again on Monday 21 September - details appear here: Heretics Anonymous with Keith Ward. He will also preach in the Cathedral at 8.00am, 10.00am and 5.00pm on the next two Sundays - 20 and 27 September.
