A free tour guiding course for current and future Cathedral volunteers will be offered later this year. This is a fantastic professional development opportunity for existing volunteers whose role involves greeting and guiding visitors, and for anyone interested in finding out more about guiding at St George’s.

A range of talented music students and guest artists are to perform from April in the Cathedral's increasingly popular lunchtime concerts, now renamed Concerts at One – which this year continue into October with Perth's first BACH-FEST.

Art show doubles in size

St George's Art - the Cathedral's annual exhibition of works by senior school art students - is set to double in size this year, with more than 50 schools already registered for the event, scheduled for July/August 2010.

Dean asks 'Why Believe?'

In a series of Lenten sermons at 5.00pm Evensong, the Dean will pose questions on belief. The first, this Sunday 21 February, asks "Why Believe in Anything?". On 28 February, he will tackle the question: "Why Believe in God?"
